Professional musician turned producer, Peter's expertise in the studio and on the road with acts ranging from scrappy world music bands to established jazz & rock bands, to Motown R&B groups, to Grammy award winners, informs his every decision and valued relationship. He is a champion for arts in education and is a dedicated teaching artist and performer of traditional Mexican music and flamenco. Peter's personal mission is to contextualize cultural content to enrich audience’s lives. He founded Rhythm of the Arts LLC in 2005 to provide a platform for culturally diverse music and dance projects.

Leah is Lead Agent and Creative Producer of Rhythm of the Arts LLC. Proudly Latina, she is committed to elevating BIPOC voices on stage and connecting with new audiences and communities. Her 20-year career history began as a professional touring flamenco dancer and spans artist/tour management and booking, marketing and fundraising, outreach, and performance. Leah has served on the board of NAPAMA (North American Performing Arts Managers & Agents) and has her M.F.A. in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College, where she was also an adjunct professor.
